How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, after which standard delivery takes an additional 5-10 business days depending on your location. Custom orders may take longer, and we will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

How long does installation take?

Installation is free of charges and will be done within 24 hours of delivery. In case of sofa, it comes ready-to-install and in case of bed, it comes in 2 individual sides which is assembled/installation from our side at your site.

How do I pay for my COD order?

For all COD orders, we request 20% payment as booking amount. After that, you will be required to complete rest of the payment to our delivery partner at the time of delivery. In case of denying the package, you would be required to bear the shipping charges for your shipment. In case of any damage during shipping or manufacturing, we provide completely free return, repair, or replacement as per our easy-return policy. In case of orders of customized products, it is required to complete payment split into 4 stages (30 : 30 : 30 : 10) throughout the manufacturing and delivery process.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the country. For updates on international shipping options, please check back or contact us directly.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping on all of our products. However, it may vary based on the order size and delivery location. For certain pincodes, we may charge additional shipping fees as ₹899 per unit, which will be requested from you by our team before dispatch of order. For delivery which is not on ground floor, you may have to coordinate with the delivery partner as per the standard location norms of delivery partner.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. After that, we will try to arrange for repair of the item(s) by sending our team. In case the damage is not repairable, the item will be eligible for returnn or exchange. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that the warranty covers major damages such as manufacturing defect, fabric tearing, issue with material quality, hydraulic storage, and major damages during the shipping process.

When can I cancel my order?

COD orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours if partial payment for 20% of the final price is not done. For prepaid orders, we offer a window of 24 hours after order is placed, in which the order can be cancelled and full refund will be processed back to the original payment method. If you wish to cancel an order post 24 hours, then 50% of the final price will be deducted as the processing and handling fees, and refund for remaining 50% will be processed, which will be received in your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Are there any items not eligible for returns?

Customized items, clearance items, and special orders are not eligible for returns unless defective upon delivery. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, contact us at support@decolide.com or +91 93196 66477. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if eligible. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Will I receive a full refund?

After we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method or in form of wallet points. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect.
